Welcome

Main Street Elementary

Hello MSE Families and Community,

I’m Dr. Rachel Enos, proud principal of Main Street Elementary. As a Troy native and former student of this very school—once called Troy Primary—it’s an honor to serve the community that helped shape me. Today, I’m raising my own daughters here, both students in the Lincoln County R-III School District. As a family, we enjoy sports, concerts, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Since 2007, I’ve had the privilege of working in the Lincoln County R-III School District. My journey began as a first-grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary and Cuivre Park Elementary, followed by roles as assistant principal at Lincoln Elementary and principal of the Elementary Virtual Academy. In 2022, I returned to MSE as principal. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master’s in School Administration from Lindenwood University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University.

Returning to lead the school I once attended is both humbling and inspiring. I am committed to working alongside our incredible staff, families, and community to Motivate, Support, and Educate every student. Together, we will fulfill the Lincoln County R-III mission of providing exemplary experiences, trusting relationships, and superior instruction.

My door is always open. Whether you’re a long-time member of the MSE family or just joining us, I encourage you to connect, get involved, and be an active part of our journey.

With gratitude,
Dr. Rachel Enos
